With our real estate agency (where we focus on property management), we list all properties with videos, professional photography and well thought out copy (we try for floorplans as well!). These small things make us stand out and provide a greater level of professionalism. If our competitors can keep doing what they are doing, thank you!

All very much common sense, as is virtually all the material coming forward from experienced industry participants from your site.Refreshing indeed to see the values I have always held, ie, provide information for buyers,ie, treat them as intelligent human beings, particularly price and address, know your potential client before meeting, stay in touch with clients and your marketing territory.Actually, it is quite frightening to think that these very basic marketing approaches need to be put forward to the masses as triggers to improve performance - as a late comer to real estate, but with a lifetime of marketing experience, I quite frankly find this mind boggling.Also a big plus, because if my competition does not understand these basics, it is easy to stand out
