To us, streetcar is synonymous with hydraulic roller in terms of camshafts. At 461 cubes, we were able to run a pretty stout bumpstick without worrying about killing the idle characteristics of the engine. After talking with Nelson and the go-fast geeks at COMP, we came up with 247/263 duration, .624 lift, and an LSA of 114 (installed on a 111 intake center line). This would be pretty big in a smaller engine, but it’s just right given our increased displacement.
