Once the subframe was secured into place, Peter and Brian double-checked everything to be sure it was square. With a tape measure, they used common points on opposite planes to check each side for balanced measurements. Here they used the front wheelhouse support mount along with the radiator support mounting hole. Their measurement was 531/2 inches for this particular car. If there was a discrepancy, all they would need to do is loosen the subframe and make adjustments until it was perfect. View Related Article
